My studio practice is a visual meditation on identity, migration, and emotional mapping. I employ textured paint, abstraction, and symbolic iconography to meditate on the tension of stasis/movement. While I've exhibited work in the public sphere previously, this series is a more introspective studio-based practice—where every surface is a landscape to work through, to interrogate, and to recall.
